Errors

GETTING THIS ERROR
ORA-01157:cannot identify/lock data file 1 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110:data file 1: 'D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\HRMSD91\SYSTEM01.DBF'

ERROR due to flash recovery area  and solution for it :
